What you'll do

• Define aftermarket product strategy and multi-year roadmaps
• manage product and service offerings and lifecycle plans
• own product business cases, target costs, margins, and investment recommendations
• monitor orders, revenue, market share, and pipeline health
• identify upgrades, cost reductions, and technology investments
• translate market and customer input into product requirements
• drive lifecycle readiness for parts, tooling, repair capability, training, and long-term support
• provide product expertise and technical inputs for proposals
• govern offering standards and exceptions
• communicate product strategy and provide tools and training to regional stakeholders.
