What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate education programs for operating-room staff
• assess staff learning needs and develop learning plans
• prepare curricula and course outlines
• provide patient care and scrub into surgical cases to mentor staff
• support competency in scrub and circulating roles, sterile technique, and surgical technology
• evaluate and revise orientation programs
• collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• monitor quality and regulatory compliance.
