The Sales Enablement Specialist role is onsite in Chicago, IL. The stated salary is $110,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports Filevine’s Business Development Representative (BDR) team at a legal technology company. The position exists to help new BDRs become productive sooner and continue improving through structured onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and performance measurement. It develops and refines training programs and partners with Sales, Product, and Marketing Enablement to improve sales readiness and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Run a two-week onboarding program for monthly BDR cohorts using live sessions and self-paced learning
• build and update curriculum covering sales tools, methodology, communication, professionalism, product, and personas
• set and track new-hire success metrics through the first 90 days
• coach BDRs on live calls
• design coaching programs to improve SQL-to-SAL conversion
• lead individual and group coaching, performance clinics, and enablement sprints
• partner on certifications and training
• develop cadence strategies
• manage the BDR Mentor Program
• report on ramp time, training NPS, call quality, and qualification metrics
• use performance data to refine training.
