What you'll do

• Recruit hourly, technical, professional, and salaried roles from requisition through offer
• source and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews
• maintain candidate pipelines, applicant tracking data, records, and reports
• support employment-law compliance
• execute employer-branding content
• represent the company at career and community events
• build relationships with educational and workforce organizations
• coordinate internships, tours, presentations, and recruiting events.
