What you'll do

• Manage resident care on a nursing unit
• oversee nursing personnel and nursing-process assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
• maintain continuity through communication with residents, families, charge nurses, and staff on other shifts
• coordinate individualized care plans with healthcare professionals
• may assume administrative duties in the absence of the Director of Nursing or supervisors.
