Front Desk Agent — 11 PM–7 AM Shift

What you'll do

• Represent the ministry with a positive, professional attitude
• handle guest requests at the front desk and reception
• assist with room setup and breakdown
• communicate with guests and coworkers
• use computers and a calculator
• handle cash and credit transactions
• understand front-office tasks involving telephone operations, reservations, concierge service, and housekeeping
• maintain courtesy and professionalism while managing busy periods.
