What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution
• follow site procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed interior and exterior patrols
• monitor access points and verify authorized entry
• report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
