Purchasing Coordinator — Service Operations

The Parts Coordinator role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, in a professional office environment. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Order parts, materials, tools, and equipment
• pre-order preventive maintenance materials and coordinate just-in-time delivery with dispatch
• follow up on open purchase orders and communicate arrival dates
• coordinate service delivery driver schedules
• arrange returns of unused and warranty materials
• file and track parts paperwork
• maintain inventory databases and levels
• conduct cycle counts and audits
• audit truck inventory
• coordinate tool and equipment organization and repairs
• maintain vendor files and relationships
• provide phone support
• communicate sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
