What you'll do

• Lead and develop software, controls, automation, and systems engineers
• oversee PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, motion control, and vision systems
• direct software architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• manage integrations and release processes
• lead projects from concept through implementation
• manage scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
• evaluate technologies and drive continuous improvement
• support compliance, quality, and safety.
