What you'll do

• Conduct screenings, individual and group counseling sessions, and education classes
• complete intake sessions and individual treatment plans
• document client contact
• monitor and evaluate progress
• and prepare progress reports and discharge summaries under the direction of the quality assurance team, clinical supervisor, and director.
