What you'll do

• Deliver massage services tailored to guest needs, preferences, and wellness goals
• conduct pre-service consultations to assess concerns and contraindications
• maintain a calm, private treatment environment
• apply knowledge of anatomy, technique, and therapeutic practices
• uphold sanitation and safety standards
• document services and communicate with spa and hospitality team members
• promote additional wellness offerings in a thoughtful, service-oriented manner
• follow applicable policies and licensing requirements.
