What you'll do

• Review daily shipments for errors and back orders
• record tracking numbers and send tracking and commercial documents to customers
• enter and confirm customer orders
• generate shop orders and RMAs
• manage blanket orders, inventory, and specialty item setup
• obtain supplier quotes and issue purchase orders
• receive materials
• coordinate outsourcing and returns
• maintain cost and inventory records
• and assist with packaging products when needed.
