Field Technician / Equipment Operator

The Field Technician / Equipment Operator role is onsite in Odessa, TX, full-time, with a pay range of $18–$25 per hour. BP&L Industries Energy Services performs hydro-excavation and related oilfield work. The role supports hydro-excavation projects by operating and maintaining equipment, assisting with potholing and tank cleaning, and following safety procedures at work sites. Night, weekend, overtime, and on-call availability are required, and travel out of town and out of state is required at times.

What you'll do

• Perform potholing
• inspect and maintain equipment
• set up and break down equipment and hoses
• operate equipment on 12-hour shifts
• drive and haul equipment
• support hydro-excavation projects, tank cleaning, and occasional roustabout work
• follow safety rules and assist drivers with backing signals.
