What you'll do

• Prepare sauces and sushi items according to restaurant guidelines
• greet guests and respond to requests
• prepare and cook food items as assigned
• maintain portioning, presentation, food safety, and sanitation standards
• clean and organize the sushi bar and equipment
• report inventory, product, or equipment issues
• assist with sushi preparation and guest celebrations.
