What you'll do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners and individual donors
• cultivate, solicit, and steward support
• implement workplace campaigns and employee giving programs
• develop corporate sponsorship, volunteer, and community engagement opportunities
• build a corporate prospect pipeline
• plan donor events, recognition, and communications
• collaborate with marketing, events, program, grants, and leadership teams
• track activity in Salesforce
• analyze performance and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
