This role drives the development of clinical content and functions within Expanse, HCA Healthcare’s new electronic health record (EHR) platform, to support efficient, effective, and compliant patient care.

What you'll do

• Support the development of content and functions in Expanse to optimize utility of the system.
• Identify and develop solutions that create additional value from the Expanse EHR.
• Establish and maintain key relationships with Corporate partners, Division stakeholders, and end users.
• Obtain end user feedback and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
• Collaborate with ITG, Clinical Informatics and Expanse Product teams to refine problem definition, develop requirements, and validate proposed build of solutions.
• Integrate evidence-based practice, clinical informatics science, and human factors principles into Expanse clinical content.
• Leverage broad understanding of EHR functions to guide informatics solution requirements and design.
• Facilitate prioritization sessions with Expanse team leaders to identify top projects.
• Partner with CT&I, CSG, and ITG teams to review feedback from facilities live on Expanse.
• Maintain active communication with key stakeholder groups.
• Provide expertise and consultation on Expanse product functions.
