The specialist plans, implements, coordinates, and supervises programs and activities for youth and teens. The role supports safe, engaging club programming through activity facilitation, administrative tracking, transportation between club locations, and member and family relationships.

What you'll do

• Facilitate programming in club areas such as arts and the gym
• manage calendars, lesson plans, testing, rosters, and participation tracking
• transport youth or teens to club locations in organization vehicles
• ensure member safety and complete documentation
• assist with the federal food program as directed
• maintain relationships with members, families, and community members.
