What you'll do

• Review deeds and trust documents to confirm legal property ownership
• prepare and manage farm management agreements and government forms
• translate legal land descriptions using documentation and mapping tools
• answer complex contract questions and escalations
• coordinate accurate system entry and reporting
• track and secure executed client documents
• submit required documentation to the Farm Service Agency
• maintain current USDA and IRS forms
• communicate with clients about ownership changes, estate transitions, and updates.
