At Fairpark Health and Rehabilitation, the dietary team supports residents’ health, comfort, and happiness through nutritious meals and quality food service. The manager supports nutrition assessment and care-plan implementation under Dietitian supervision, coordinates diet orders, and monitors meal intake and other assigned indicators. The role also helps maintain dietary standards, communicate with residents and families, and guide staff on meal service and dietary needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with nutrition data collection and screening
• implement assigned individualized care-plan elements
• document and report monitoring observations
• process diet orders and changes
• meet with residents and families about food and nutrition concerns
• review meal service, modified diets, supplements, allergies, and hydration with staff
• contribute to dietary policies, food quality, temperature standards, and satisfaction surveys
• assist with meal preparation as needed.

Why this role
