The Cybersecurity Policy Analyst role is full-time onsite in Columbus, OH. The projected salary range is $85,000+ annually. The analyst supports a Department of Defense customer and works with cyber defense and threat analysis professionals. The role develops and maintains cybersecurity policies, governance frameworks, and incident-response procedures while supporting compliance, assessments, exercises, training, and leadership reporting. Its purpose is to help the customer meet government cybersecurity requirements while balancing security needs with operational effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Review, consolidate, develop, and maintain cybersecurity policies and governance frameworks
• update incident-response processes, policies, and procedures
• assess cybersecurity SOPs and TTPs
• monitor and validate compliance
• coordinate compliance requirements and reporting
• support audits, evaluations, and exercises
• compile artifacts, inspection data, and metrics
• prepare exercise reports and training materials
• deliver training and executive briefings
• support Risk Management Framework packages.
