What you'll do

• Communicate with customers throughout the installation lifecycle and resolve questions
• coordinate with branch partners, sales, installation, and support teams
• manage open jobs and job statuses
• review paperwork
• collect customer payments
• schedule pre-installation inspections and service appointments
• complete data entry
• place material orders for interior product lines
• process labor bills for third-party service providers
• manage service tickets.
