What you'll do

• Lead group training for youth, adults, and teams
• provide personal training and individualized coaching as needed
• oversee personal training operations and session quality
• hire, train, and develop coaching staff
• support trainer scheduling and accountability
• track member engagement and retention
• partner with sales staff on trial workouts and onboarding
• assist with recruiting, outreach, events, and membership goals.
