What you'll do

• Provide technical assistance on soldering-process issues
• collaborate with account managers and technical support colleagues
• optimize material use through process knowledge and statistical analysis
• conduct process optimization, characterization, and benchmark testing
• provide product and process training
• develop test methods
• communicate customer findings internally
• present technical papers and presentations.
