The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care role is onsite in Knightsville, IN. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, with a $1 shift differential for 2 p.m.–6 a.m. shifts. Cloverleaf Healthcare Center’s multidisciplinary team focuses on enriching residents’ lives. The CNA provides resident care and comfort in a nursing home setting, following care plans and working under the direction of the Charge Nurse. The role includes personal care, supporting residents’ safety, and communicating with residents, families, and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide care according to resident care policies and procedures
• assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming
• help ensure residents are out of bed according to care plans
• support residents with therapeutic, neuro and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs when applicable
• work under the Charge Nurse’s direction and as part of the interdisciplinary team.
