What you'll do

• Provide legal advice on transportation-related contracting, procurement, grants, regulatory compliance, real estate, emerging mobility, public records, meetings, fees, budgets, permitting, privacy, and intellectual property
• draft and analyze legislation
• advise on vehicle, construction, and technology procurements
• negotiate intergovernmental agreements
• support client program and policy goals with risk analysis and legal options.
