What you'll do

• Review, validate, and execute AutoLOTO requests
• lead field teams through first-time energization, pre-functional and functional testing, energization sequences, and integrated systems testing
• direct switching, load-bank connections, equipment startup, and Level 3–5 commissioning support
• execute approved methods of procedure
• coordinate progress updates
• enforce safety protocols and work with Safety, QA/QC, and Field Operations to mitigate risks
• participate in post-project reviews
• and maintain auditable switching, AutoLOTO, MOP, and commissioning records.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Iowa electrical licensing in good standing or listed reciprocal licensing, and five years of electrical field experience on mission-critical or industrial projects. NFPA 70E and relevant safety certifications are preferred; AutoLOTO or switching authority credentials are a plus.
