It supports staffing, operational consistency, financial performance, and team development so the camp can deliver effective service and meet its business goals.

What you'll do

• Cross-train in property departments
• communicate operational expectations
• resolve guest and team member issues
• review applications, interview candidates, and support hiring and onboarding
• delegate tasks and run the camp independently when needed
• streamline processes
• maintain local relationships
• evaluate and report on NPS and eNPS action plans
• monitor financial performance and support budgeting
• oversee inventory, staff housing, timecards, and camp-level procedures
• respond to guest reviews and promote sustainability initiatives.
