What you'll do

• Own the Pre-Fabrication business P&L, including revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing
• develop and execute long-term strategy and growth plans
• lead sales initiatives, customer acquisition, account expansion, and market penetration
• build executive-level customer and industry relationships
• identify and launch products, services, and revenue streams
• expand into new segments, markets, and regions
• partner with operations on efficiency, capacity, quality, and scalability
• recommend capital investments
• develop and mentor leaders
• identify field-installed electrical systems suitable for controlled-shop fabrication
• assess opportunities in modular assemblies, engineered rack systems, prewired equipment, data center products, and temporary power.
