What you'll do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and general ledger processes
• prepare management, Board, and regulatory reports
• maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• coordinate audits
• support budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• provide data and analysis for ALCO, liquidity, funding, and investment reporting
• lead and mentor accounting staff
• improve accounting processes and technology use.
