The Coil Loader and Floop Operator — 1st and 3rd Shifts role is onsite in Smyrna, TN, with pay of $21.00 per hour; third shift receives a $1.50 shift differential. The schedule is 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday–Friday for first shift or 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Sunday–Thursday for third shift. Ideal Tridon makes clamps, supports, fittings, and coupling solutions for critical applications. This role supports production by operating machinery, assembling and fabricating metal parts, and handling materials while maintaining quality and safe equipment operation. It helps keep the manufacturing process running through machine monitoring, basic maintenance, and material checks.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate machines for coil loading
• assemble and fabricate metal parts and sub-units
• use a machine-operated welder
• restock metal coils with a forklift or overhead crane
• monitor machine performance
• perform low-level maintenance
• measure materials against specifications
• follow safety and operating procedures and complete quality checks.
