What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision
• interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
• inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
• troubleshoot minor machine or process issues and escalate as needed
• complete work orders and production and quality documentation
• adjust machine offsets to maintain quality and efficiency
• package and label finished goods
• maintain a clean work area under 5S standards
• assist with training Level 1 operators as directed
• collaborate with Quality and Engineering
• review production requirements and address potential delays.
