What you'll do

• Oversee kitchen operations and coordinate culinary activities
• develop menu items and recipes
• train, develop, and motivate culinary staff
• maintain consistent preparation and quality standards
• manage food and labor costs
• order supplies and raw food materials and monitor stock
• report profits, sales, and orders
• participate in hiring and termination of back-of-house employees
• ensure food safety, sanitation, risk prevention, and emergency procedures are followed.
