What you'll do

• Design site development projects and prepare plans and analysis
• prepare design reports and construction plans using applicable standards
• coordinate specifications and permit submittals
• prepare preliminary cost estimates and evaluate quantities
• document design changes and communications
• conduct on-site observations as needed
• prepare project status reports
• assist with proposals and project managers
• attend client, public, project, and staff meetings
• maintain client relations and a safe work environment.
