Sales Clerk

What you'll do

• Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge, and help select merchandise
• respond promptly to customer concerns
• sell merchandise and explain or demonstrate product features
• take periodic stock counts and replenish merchandise
• receive cash, checks, cards, and gift cards and accurately balance the till
• maintain sales records
• may perform price changes and set promotions
• follow loss-prevention, safety, and emergency-preparedness policies.
