Fire and Contents Restoration Manager

The Fire and Contents Restoration Manager role is onsite in Norwood, NC, with a base salary of $50,000–$65,000 per year plus bonus. The role supports SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties and SERVPRO of Union County in restoration work. This manager leads restoration operations and estimating for fire, smoke, and contents projects, guiding field crews from job scoping through completion. The role also manages project budgets, quality and safety, customer communication, and team development, while assisting with bio-remediation and water restoration work as needed.

What you'll do

• Scope job sites, prepare estimates, and lead crews on fire, smoke, and pack-out projects
• use technology platforms to manage inventory, schedules, job line items, and pack-outs/pack-backs
• maintain IICRC standards, equipment, documentation, and billing readiness
• work with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
• manage budgets and production expenses
• negotiate scopes
• recruit, hire, and mentor staff
• manage bio-remediation jobs and assist with water restoration when needed.
