What you'll do

• Supervise dietary staff and assist with training, mentoring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• oversee tray-line operations, dining-room service, and meal delivery
• ensure compliance with food-safety, sanitation, infection-control, and facility standards
• monitor food, beverage, and equipment temperatures
• assist with inventory, ordering, audits, and documentation
• support new-staff orientation
• serve as Food Service Director in their absence
• and participate in quality-improvement initiatives.
