Sales Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Establish and manage sales processes for lead qualification, opportunity management, forecasting, and deal closure
• maintain pipeline visibility and deliver forecasts, dashboards, and insights
• drive CRM discipline and data quality
• track sales KPIs
• facilitate pipeline and forecast reviews
• partner on territories, account priorities, and goals
• coordinate with marketing on lead management and attribution
• support proposals, pricing, approvals, contracting, and deal management
• optimize sales tools and workflows
• support compensation tracking and management presentations.
