What you'll do

• Manage operations for one to four programs, including direct support implementation, person-centered planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure relevance to individuals served.
• Maintain on-call availability.
