What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry personnel
• evaluate performance
• and recommend disciplinary action to the Administrator as needed. Conduct daily rounds, manage supplies and equipment inventory, coordinate schedules, address or report hazards and equipment problems, and oversee safe operation and regular documented inspection of building systems. Provide safety and department-specific training, assist with employee orientation and in-services, and support scheduled or needed cleaning and sanitizing of wheelchairs and other equipment.
