Customer Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Customer Service Coordinator role is onsite in Walnut, CA, with hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Compensation is $18.50–$20.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Receive and route customer inquiries by phone and email
• collect and document customer and equipment information
• enter and update service claims in HubSpot CRM
• follow up on open claims and provide customer updates
• conduct post-installation or service-visit calls and surveys
• process claims and orders and escalate delays
• prepare reports on claim activity, response times, and customer feedback
• coordinate with technicians and team members
• monitor service metrics and follow applicable quality management documents.
