What you'll do

• Monitor and report warehouse and customer service metrics
• oversee inventory management
• ensure logistics operations comply with applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• guide customer service and inside sales teams
• oversee showroom restocking and cycle counts
• hire, train, develop, and supervise branch staff
• coordinate communication and teamwork across departments
• manage budgets, staffing, priorities, service levels, and project schedules.
