What you'll do

• Coordinate production activity, staffing, priorities, and shift handoffs
• direct, coach, and train employees
• monitor safety, quality, productivity, scrap, downtime, and schedule performance
• complete or verify inspections and production records
• operate and support assigned injection molding machines, molds, robots, hot-stamp systems, and auxiliary equipment within authorization
• escalate issues beyond qualification or authority.
