IMAX Theater Lead

Compensation is $0 per year. The IMAX Theater Lead role is onsite in Raleigh, NC; Marbles Kids Museum provides play-based learning experiences, family programs, and IMAX films and events. The lead oversees daily theater operations and supports the theater team when the Theater Manager is absent. By coordinating ticketing, concessions, staff support, and guest service, the role helps deliver an engaging experience aligned with the museum’s mission and programming.

What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing duties
• provide guest service consistent with museum procedures
• communicate scheduling, equipment, inventory, and operational issues to the manager
• prepare and serve beverages and concessions
• explain concessions, movies, and procedures to guests
• process customer payments
• clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, work areas, lobby, service stations, and seating
• stock self-service stations and supplies
• check food equipment temperatures
• support and train Theater Hosts
• communicate facility cleaning needs to the Porter team
• execute the Emergency Action Plan in an emergency.
