What you'll do

• Model hospitality and coach guest experience standards
• support service, product knowledge, safety, and sanitation standards
• lead shift deployment and operations
• provide constructive feedback
• ensure products meet recipe and visual standards
• assist with onboarding and training
• maintain food safety and allergen knowledge
• follow cash handling, ordering, receiving, time-clock, and sanitation-audit procedures.
