What you'll do

• Partner with Product Management and product owners to manage the backlog and define goals and priorities
• facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• identify and remove blockers
• coach teams and explore improved ways of working
• uphold Scrum principles and organizational processes
• shield development teams from interruptions
• maintain Agile artifacts and track delivery metrics and trends.
