Lead Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, kitchen, HVAC, structural, and related systems
• respond to emergencies such as fire, power outages, and gas or water leaks
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs
• assist with renovations
• lead and train junior Maintenance Engineers
• communicate with department staff and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
