Maintenance Technician — Wayzata and Prior Lake

What you'll do

• Repair building components including sinks, windows, and floors
• maintain grounds
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• install and repair plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning fixtures
• repair appliances
• troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
• complete minor work orders
• provide emergency or unscheduled repairs as needed
• deliver courteous customer service.
