The Estate Planning Paralegal role is onsite in Billings, MT. Pay starts at $25.00 per hour. Bluebird Law PLLC’s estate planning team supports clients through preparation and execution of estate planning documents. Working under attorney supervision, the paralegal coordinates document preparation, client information, files, appointments, and follow-up. The role helps attorneys deliver accurate estate planning documents and attentive service while directing legal questions to attorneys.

What you'll do

• Assist with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related documents
• prepare deeds and trust-funding materials under attorney direction
• gather and organize client information
• review drafts for accuracy and completeness
• coordinate consultations and signing appointments
• arrange witnesses and notary services
• track revisions and deadlines
• maintain client files
• communicate administrative next steps
• conduct directed research
• record billable time
• maintain confidentiality.
