Quality Engineer II

What you'll do

• Promote compliance
• train personnel, customers, and suppliers on workmanship and quality standards
• support process qualification, validation, and new product introduction
• develop and execute control plans
• present quality metrics
• review device history records
• support complaint and CAPA systems
• investigate root causes
• oversee containment
• support QC inspection plans and training
• review engineering changes
• support supplier quality plans and first article reviews
• communicate production quality issues
• collaborate on routings and material review processes.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or applicable experience in lieu of certain education requirements, 5 years of professional experience in medical subassembly and finished-device manufacturing, ISO 13485 experience, and knowledge of IPC 610 and 620. Certified Quality Engineer is preferred.
