What you'll do

• Support agency business goals
• respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• use a needs-based review process to explain insurance options
• and communicate effectively to meet customer needs and support business development.
